Rachel is a professional educator with ten years of experience in learning and development. She has worked with the public, private, and voluntary sectors, helping teams and individuals become better aligned with their strategic goals. Rachel skillfully uses personality inventories such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Social Styles, and the Neethling Brain Instrument to this end. She has created and delivered a broad range of workshops on leadership development, communication, multicultural competence, intergenerational dynamics, supervision fundamentals, goal setting, behavior modification, and health and wellness.
