About Rachel 

Rachel is a professional educator with ten years of experience in learning and development. Rachel expertly guides participants through experiential workshops that engage people with diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles. Her facilitation style creates a positive and affirming environment for reflection and skill building. 

Rachel has worked in a variety of fields, helping teams and individuals become better aligned with their strategic goals. Rachel skillfully uses personality inventories such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Neethling Brain Instrument, and Social Styles to this end. She has created and delivered a broad range of workshops on intergenerational dynamics, leadership development, supervision, communication, customer service, and behavior modification.

Rachel has extensive knowledge of the attitudes, values, and beliefs of the Millennial generation. A Millennial herself, she draws on her experience as a college administrator to relate to the value and challenges this group brings to the workforce.

Rachel holds a Master of Science in Education with concentrations in student development and multicultural competence, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Organizational Communication.
