Before we meet, all team members will complete Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment and receive a personalized report.

During the session, the team will learn about their individual strengths profile, identify the power of strengths-based partnerships, explore the team’s strengths grid, and begin to understand and appreciate their teammates’ talents.

Investment: Half-day introductory workshops for up to 20 people starting at $2,500 plus the cost of the assessment ($25-$59.99 per person).

During the session, we will start with identifying your strengths and what makes you unique. Then I will teach you how to aim your strengths at your most pressing questions, challenges, and goals.

Investment: $175 for a 55-minute session, plus the cost of the assessment.
