The CliftonStrengths assessment gives people a common language and vocabulary to better describe, communicate with, and understand each other. This common language provides a sort of shortcut for teammates to get to know each other and develop trust.

Before we meet, all team members will complete Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment and receive a personalized report. I will also conduct an interview with the team lead.
During the session, the team will learn about their individual strengths profile, identify the power of strengths-based partnerships, explore the team’s strengths grid, and begin to understand and appreciate their teammates’ talents.
Investment: Half-day introductory workshops for up to 20 people starting at $3,000 plus the cost of the assessment ($24.99-$59.99 per person).
